Student Problem-Solving Steps

We encourage all 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students to develop problem-solving skills and try troubleshooting on their own first. Consider these 5 Questions...

1 - Did I hard restart my iPad? (Hold down the home button and power button until it turns off AND keep holding until it comes back on.)

2 - Did I turn my iPad's wifi on and off again? (in Settings)

3 - Have I double-checked that I am typing my D34 username and password correctly? (Enter carefully!)

4 - Is my iPad up to date? (Go into Settings > General > Software Update)

5 - Did I check the Student Tech Hub troubleshooting site for help?
