HOW TO SUBMIT A BOOK REVIEW OR BLOG POST
This method of submission should be used for all book reviews, lists, trailers, talks, book-themed playlists, and blog posts.
visit glenrocklibraryteens.tumblr.com/submit and complete the pop up submission form:
Format the title field as BOOK REVIEW: [INSERT BOOK TITLE] or BLOG POST: [INSERT BLOG POST TITLE]
When possible, please add an image of the book cover for reviews. Take a look at previous posts and try to format the body of your submission in a similar way.
Be sure to include the book's title, author, genre, number of pages, your rating, and reviewed by (can be your first name, initials, or anonymous)
Select any of the tags you think are relevant to your submission
Check off that you accept the terms of submission
Confirm that you are a human
Click submit
PLEASE NOTE: the submission form requires your name and email address. This is a tumblr requirement, but it is also important so that our Teen Librarian can keep track of your volunteer hours. Your name and email will not appear in the public post. Once you submit, it is sent to the Glen Rock Library Teens account for review. Your name and email address will show up in the message for approval:
However, once approved and posted, your information does not appear on the public blog page:
In order for your book reviews, lists, blog posts, etc. to be eligible for volunteer time, all submissions must follow these guidelines.
