Activities to do at Home!

In this game all you need is a ball and 6 cups! In this video we are going to work on your overhand throwing. When your throwing a ball overhand you have to make sure that you have your arm in the letter "L" shape and pointing to the target with your non dominant hand. Then you are going to step with your non dominant foot and throw at the same time.

In this game you're going to run and set up a 6 cups in a pyramid one cup at a time about 5 big steps away from where you are starting. After all the cups are set up you are going to try and knockdown the pyramid. If you don't knock all the cups down keep trying! Run to get your ball and try again! If you want you can have a grown up time you and you can try to beat your record each time!

Bottle Flip Challenge

For this challenge today you are going to try and flip a water bottle so it's standing up. Make sure the water is right below the sticker on the water bottle (for example poland spring) You are going to see how many times you can flip the water bottle so it's standing up and you have one minute to do it. The only catch is after you flip the water bottle twice you have to do 5 jumping jacks! Watch the video to see if I can do it! If you want you can send a video back to me with you doing it or just simply have fun with this challenge!
