ART CLUB DATES for RAS
Art Club Dates for 2023-2024 School Year!
Hello everyone!
Thank you for joining 2023-2024 Art Club!
Our first meeting will be on September 27th from 3-4pm in the Makerspace. There is no need to sign up just show up on that date after school. Depending on how many students are interested will determine cohorts/groups.
Group A would meet the first meeting of the month and Group B would meet the second meeting of the month. This way I can help more students at one time with projects and have space in the Makerspace to work. After the first meeting I will let you all know if Groups are necessary. Group A is 3rd and 5th and Group B is 4th and 6th. NOT DETERMINED YET! Please make sure you are apart of my google classroom.
At the first meeting you will get a supply list. This is a mandatory list which is donated to the Art Club so all can participate.

Students will be dismissed out of the 3rd grade door.
Please make sure you talk to your child about who will pick them up and where
they will be picked up and or if they are walking home. PLEASE make sure your
child knows your home phone number and your cell phone because at 4 there is no
one in the main office and I do not have access to all students in skyward to
look it up..
Depending on the amount of interest I may need to make
groups as I only have space for a certain number of kids in my classroom at one
time. I will let you know if Groups need to be created after our first meeting.

GROUP A will meet the first meeting of every month.
This will be 3rd and 5th Graders.
GROUP B will meet the second meeting of every month.
This will be my 4th and 6th Graders.
If you have a sibling in a different grade and meet at
different times you have the option of switching your group. Only if you have a
sibling, not if your friends are in a different group. ;)
Please make sure to bring your supplies.
If you are making a sculpture, you will need:
Masking tape
Duct tape
tin foil
Recyclables
for Sculpture-This
will be figured out the first meeting.
If you are doing a painting, please bring your canvas-
(nothing larger than 24x18 inches)
I will supply paint.
