About me and my classroom

Teaching is my passion. I have wanted to be a teacher since I was little and I love my job. The recent pandemic has made it very difficult for teachers and students in many ways, but I promise that throughout the year I will work very hard to make sure that I am offering you a very good education in your math class. My goal is to create a classroom that is a safe place where everyone is comfortable to be who they are. Math is very important, but what is more important to me is that you learn skills that you can take with you everywhere you go in life, such as: reasoning skills, problem solving, critical thinking, learning to justify your answer, and think outside the box. It is important for us to not only learn in the classroom, but to have fun and get to know each other. I am there for you in every step of your educational process in my class and will strive to meet your needs in any way I can.
