We look forward to our interaction with our parents and caregivers during Parent-Teacher Conferences:

Conferences are one of the most valuable tools we have to collaborate and form relationships between school and home.

If you selected a ZOOM conference, when your scheduled conference time with each teacher arrives, select your child's school at the top of this page to view the Directory and simply click on the link to be admitted to the teacher’s waiting room for conferences. Please do not enter the waiting room more than three minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will make it easier to coordinate meetings. We ask that parents:

• Be sure to assign your name to your Zoom account prior to entering the virtual waiting room. This will allow teachers to match the conference with the family name.

• Be on time to the start of the scheduled conference and respect the ending time as other parents may be in the waiting room.

Thank you for your cooperation with this virtual parent - teacher conference experience. We know it is a different way of doing things, and we hope that it allows you to have a meaningful chance to connect with your child’s teacher(s).

Your classroom teacher will discuss academic and social-emotional goals, discuss how the learning experience is progressing at school and at home, and share details about the classroom community with you. This is a collaborative meeting between families and teachers when we can answer your questions.
