This course will help students learn essential computer applications and Internet technology skills for personal, academic, and professional success. Emphasis will be on the advanced features of these programs giving students the leverage they need whether for college or work. Students will use data and manipulate it to solve financial, mathematical, and statistical problems in business. Assignments allow students to collect, interpret and manipulate data. Projects include designing, creating, and executing professional presentations with appropriate text formatting, graphics, animation, and public speaking skills. The semester will conclude with artistic Photoshop and innovative Video Editing assignments that allow for students to truly bring out their imagination and creativity. PREREQUISITE: None
