Favorite thing about coaching gymnastics - My favorite thing about coaching gymnastics is being able to teach not only the skills in gymnastics to be successful within the sport, but the skills that the athletes can carry with them throughout their life to help them be successful in any of their endeavors.
What has the sport done for you - It's hard to even put into words how gymnastics has affected me. My drive to pursue improvement, my persistence in never giving up, my sportsmanship in encouraging and helping those around me and so, so much more ... has all come from being a part of this sport.

Favorite thing about coaching gymnastics - My favorite thing about coaching gymnastics is witnessing athletes throw a new skill for the first time. Everything from the individual's reaction to the cheering and comradery that coincides with the team. Being a coach is an incredible experience.
What has the sport done for you - From the start, gymnastics has given me a true sense of belonging. Through my experience with gymnastics, I have truly enjoyed the gymnastics community, the lifelong friendships, the positive mentality associated with the sport, as well as how the sport keeps me healthy and active.
