All the materials you need to test out of PHW/Health can be found below.  Make sure you review the syllabus, final exam review, Reproductive Health permission slip, and diagrams.

The Reproductive Health Permission Slip must be signed by your parent/guardian. Ignore the date that is posted on the letter; just bring the letter with you when you test out.

There also is the PHW/Health Final Exam Review that you can use to prepare for the test.   You will need to be able to label the male and female diagrams.  Make sure you are able to correctly fill in the blanks on each diagram.
