Summer Camps 2026

Summer Camp registration is now OPEN!

Our summer camps are self-funded through registration fees. There is no cost to the Board of Education.

Camp Overview

The 2026 summer program continues to focus on required programs, such as Extended School Year (ESY) and Summer Early Literacy (SEL) for eligible students, along with the select enrichment and offerings outlined below.

What’s new this year is a more streamlined schedule and a stronger partnership with Parks and Recreation. We welcome back several popular camps to help families "bridge" the last weeks in June before the more extensive camps offered through the Parks & Recreation Department begin.

NOTES:

All camp schedules are tentative based on inclement weather days.
If a camp is unable to run, families will be notified approximately 30 days before the camp start date, and refunds will be issued.
To avoid camps being canceled at the last minute due to a lack of participation, refund requests must be made 30 days before the camp start date.
Camps will NOT run on July 3.

Program Information and Registration

Summer Camp Registration will open on March 11th at 8:00 am.

Summer Enrichment Camps are self-supporting and are designed and facilitated by staff. There is no cost to the Board of Education as camp tuition covers the costs of teacher salaries and supplies.

Click the red button for summer camp online registration and credit card payment through the Glastonbury Web Store homepage. Select either Summer Enrichment Camp or World Language Summer Camp to access the list of summer 2026 offerings. All major credit cards are accepted.

Then click on either Summer Enrichment Camps or World Language Summer Programs.

Programs become visible at 8:00 am on March 11th.

General Information

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration fees are indicated on the camp flyer. Registration is online. A limited number of scholarships are available based on financial need. Contact the Camp Coordinator for details.

EMERGENCY INFORMATION

You will be prompted during online registration to include this important information. Registrations will not be accepted without the emergency information completed. This information is confidential.

ENROLLMENT

Admission to the camps will be based on the order of receipt of completed registration forms. The Camp Coordinator will confirm registration via email or phone.

REFUND POLICY

Summer enrichment camps are funded through participant tuition. Camps will only run if we have enough participants. If there are not enough participants, the full registration fee will be refunded. To avoid camps being canceled at the last minute due to a lack of participation, refund requests must be made 30 days prior to the camp start date. To withdraw from a camp, contact the camp coordinator.

ATTENDANCE

There is the expectation that students will attend all sessions. Students are expected to arrive on time and be picked up promptly at the end of the session. Students not feeling well should stay at home and parents should notify the camp coordinator.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is the responsibility of the student or parent/guardian. Please pick up students promptly.

SNACK

Students are asked to bring their own water bottle and nut-free snack to camp.

BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS

Student behavioral expectations are the same as during the regular school year. All school rules apply.
