Please use the form on this page or complete and return this PTO Membership form to the school in an envelope marked “PTO Membership.” A membership donation is optional and is not required to join. If you choose to donate, you’ll receive an item of Naubuc Spirit gear at the following levels:

We appreciate any and all participation throughout the year, from members and volunteers who serve at several events and attend meetings regularly to those who lend a hand whenever possible. Every little bit helps and makes a huge impact on a student's Naubuc experience!
