PTO Mission and Projects
The mission of the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to provide enrichment opportunities to Hopewell students that serve to complement the educational foundations offered during the school year. By joining the PTO you will have the right to vote on important issues at PTO meetings. Please remember - PTO meeting attendance and volunteer time is not mandatory - but is always welcome! All memberships are 100% tax deductibleHopewell PTO Informational Flyer shares insights into the PTO, how we support the students/staff/school and the ways that we raise money to provide that support.We welcome all families, new and old, to join the PTO in whatever capacity works for you. Whether you are an active member or a quiet financial supporter, we will work together to create the best elementary school experience for our children.Below are just a few highlights funded by the PTO:PTO Mission and Projects
- Gift staff members start-up funds at the beginning of the year
- Cultural arts events
- Provide Hopewell t-shirts to new students and staff
- Books for the Library Media Center
- Landscape and mulch the school grounds
- Classroom supplies such as educational tools, books, and recess equipment
