Friends for Music  

Glastonbury Friends for Music is a volunteer parent organization that supports the music program in Glastonbury schools and believes that music is an important part of a well-rounded education.  Our focus is to enhance the music education of Glastonbury students.  Friends for Music has contributed tens of thousands of dollars towards instruments, equipment and services for Gideon Welles School, Smith Middle School and Glastonbury High School.  In addition, Friends for Music funds the GHS Awards Banquet, College Music Scholarships, and provides volunteer support to all the music programs.  Please visit our website for more information:   https://sites.google.com/glastonburyus.org/friends-for-music/contact-us Or email us at ffmglastonbury@gmail.com

We have many events planned for this upcoming school year.  We will need lots of parent volunteers to help support our music events.

Please join us for our first meeting of the year on Monday, September 18, 2023 at 7:30p at GHS Room B102.  You can learn more about Friends for Music.  You will hear from our Music Director, Leslie Lopez, about all the upcoming programs and events we have planned for the school year.
