GHS Big Siblings 

Big Siblings are  GHS volunteers who help ninth graders feel welcome at Glastonbury High School. 

Each spring GHS students volunteer to connect with incoming students to a larger facility, to a different schedule, and to greater expectations. During the summer they try to connect with their assigned student. Many come in during Orientation in August to participate in our presentation, tour, and activities fair. 

Those who make the commitment to volunteer are taking an important role in the transition to GHS for an incoming 9th grader. This program exemplifies Glastonbury's student centered commitment to Be Kind, Be Curious, and Be Well.
