Meet at the Boat House for a Team Run/Warm-up at 3:30-3:45
Practice at boathouse from 4:00 to 6:15 PM
Novice:
2:30 run down to the boathouse from the high school
Practice from 2:30-4:15
Lake Practice
Bus to the Lake at 4:15 PM from GHS
Bus back to GHS around 7:15 PM

It is expected that athletes be at practice so that they can learn the sport and practice as a team. We understand that things come up, in response to the it is expected that athletes who will be missing practice will let coaches know via Email or Google Classroom at least the night before the abscence.
