Students started their track and field unit this week and will continue through next week. Students also completed their weight room rotations for the year. They did a great job applying their heart rate monitors to maintain MVPA, progressed in their lifts with varying repetitions and learned how to log their lifts through the program.
A friendly reminder that your son/ daughter need to have sweats in their locker to be prepared to go outside. The weather is beginning to warm up and if there are opportunities to take students outside, we plan on moving the activity out doors. Students are also encouraged to bring their water bottles.
