This qualification is designed for learners interested in pursuing a career in professional catering or for those
wishing to develop their skills in the industry.
The course will focus on learning and understanding a variety of topics like: the principles of food safety,
kitchen etiquette, workplace standards, kitchen operations, allergen awareness, menu planning and recipe costing, professional development and so much more.

The total qualification duration is 30 months.
You will spend 12 months on campus to complete intense theoretical and practical training, and 15 months to complete your workplace experience modules at various establishments throughout the 30 months.
3 Months will be set aside for building your portfolio for final moderation through Highfield International.
