"For the mind does not require filling like a bottle, but rather, like wood, it only requires kindling to create in it an impulse to think independently and an ardent desire for the truth."

ABOUT ME
I come to ACAGJ from Tempe, AZ, where I spent five years teaching middle and high school Latin at Tempe Preparatory Academy, and two of those years coaching softball. Before that, I taught high school Latin for 10 years in Texas, where I also coached color guard.
Outside of school, I enjoy reading, cross stitching, and playing video games and Dungeons and Dragons. And most importantly, I enjoy spending time and snuggling with my husky, Sasha, who just makes everything better.
