on 23 August 2024

Welcome !

Let's celebrate National Space Day and commemorate the historic milestone of India's lunar exploration! One year ago, on August 23, 2023, Chandrayaan-3's Vikram lander successfully landed on the Moon's south pole.

This symposium aims to inspire, educate, and engage participants through a series of interactive sessions, expert talks and poster exhibitions by our students. Our speakers will delve into the evolution of the Indian Space Program, starting from the era of Dr. Vikram A. Sarabhai to the present day. The symposium will also feature insightful general lectures on Physics of the Universe, Astrobiology, and Astrochemistry.

We are honored to host many distinguished experts in the field of space science and technology from various pioneering institutes in India and abroad, including ISRO and NASA. Whether you are a student, a professional, or a space enthusiast, there is something for everyone to explore and enjoy.

We look forward to meeting you and embarking on this exciting journey to the moon and beyond!
