Maths Task

Create a travel brochure in Canva based on your assigned country. Link it into your Google Slides about your country.

Must include the following:

1. Travel costs to the country.

2. Travel costs within the country

3. Accommodation costs for 21 days.

4. Food unique to the country - advise what the locals eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. What are the local fresh fruits available?

5. Tourist attractions - 5 active activities such as safaris, diving, fishing, bungee jumping, jet boat rides and 5 cultural activities such as seeing local shows, art galleries, historical sites, markets.

Reading/Writing Task

Write a report on your selected country. Link it into your Google Slides about your country.

You will select three topics of interest about the country. You need to cover each of these areas in depth and quality. Suggested topics to choose from:

1. Tourist attractions

2. Sports

3. Information about the flag and symbols

4. Culture - religion, language

5. Traditions and celebrations

6. Historical events

Create a game based on the values of the Olympics. Use your creativity to come up with your own ideas. Add the link to your game in your country slides. Your game must include all of these values:

Your project must include all of these aspects:

1. Hard copy Project (Poster, Display Board or Diorama)

2. A topic from above

3. Links to your assigned country

4. A digital aspect (Perhaps a QR code to a game you have created on a video you have made)
