Using formative assessments is the best way to help you reflect on your teaching. That will show you if your students are achieving what you set out for them to do. Google Forms and other assessments often have helpful graphics to help you visualize your efficacy.
Another reflection tactic is to leave comments or notes in your lesson plans to help you remember areas of struggle or change from this year. You might even use a site like Future Me to send yourself a reminder at the beginning of the next school year.
