SUPER 8 CULTURAL FESTIVAL @ GBHS 2021 May 21st-22nd

It is our absolute pleasure to host the 2021 Super 8 Cultural festival here in Tairawhiti. For staff, students, and whanau who have travelled across the North Island, we thank you for making the effort to be here. This festival provides an important stage for our young men to express their creativity in a range of disciplines.

Our Super 8 schools do an exceptional job of providing our athletes sporting opportunities to express their talents, our Cultural Super 8 aims to do the same for our artists. This event will allow us to celebrate and experience the diverse range of cultural expressions in our schools. We have a range of cultural expressions on display including; Kapa Haka, Pasifika, Art, Theatre Sports, Drama, Music, Oratory, and Chess.
