Students Arrive at GISH:  3:20 am 

*Students park in the west parking lot.  DO NOT park in the cafeteria parking or on the street.  

Arrival Back to GISH:  Assuming we make finals: 3:30 am Sunday, March 8th. (estimated time includes spring forward time change).   We will update any changes on the show choir parent facebook page and students will contact parents.  

Money:  $40 for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  We are not planning to stop while traveling.  

ADMISSION PRICES

Program                  $5.00

Children 5 and under are FREE

PARKING / UNLOADING / ENTRANCES

Buses should enter the campus using Sunnybrook Dr., and unload at the Northeast Entrance. Students being dropped off or driving themselves should also enter at the Northeast Entrance. Spectators should enter using the Main Entrance on the west side of the building (S. Cypress St.) regardless of parking. High school equipment should unload at the Southeast Entrance. Middle school equipment should unload at the Music doors on the west side.

We have overflow parking about a block away at Sunnybrook Church (5601 Sunnybrook Drive) and will offer a complimentary shuttle for the entire event to provide rides back and forth between the Church Parking Lot (look for signs at the church entrance) and the main entrance doors of East High School. Be sure to communicate with your families to allow enough time for parking and getting to the performance in time.

FOOD COURT/CONCESSIONS

The Vocal Music Parent Organization provides an excellent food court for competing schools and their fans. Please do not bring food or drinks (including cases of water) into the competition unless dietary or allergy concerns require you to do so. If food must be brought in, please contact an EHS Vocal Music Director prior to the day of competition.
