Welcome, my name is Gina Riedel. I am a business coach, trainer, and speaker with more than 20 years of business experience in both the profit and non-profit sectors. I am passionate about building and growing businesses by empowering employees to become the best version of themselves. I strive to generate enthusiasm and encourage innovative solutions while working collaboratively with organizations to get results. My interpersonal and organizational skills are strong, as well as being a team-builder with excellent communication skills.
I've been developing employees in various industries from financial and health services to telecommunications and retail. I'm particularly fond of the agriculture community and enjoy working in this sector.
With my experience, I've developed a keen ability to understand people and build relationships to obtain bottom line results. I'm enthusiastic about developing people and streamlining processes to create efficiency. I thrive on new challenges while being adaprive, innovative, and collaborative.
Growing up in the rodeo arena, work experience, and commitment to lifelong learning has helped me develop a wide range of skills.
I completed the Kansas Community Leadership Initiative through the Kansas Health Foundation, am a graduate of the Institute for Organizational Development from the American Chamber of Commerce, completed the Dale Carnegie Leadership Course, and received my bachelor's degree in Communications from Fort Hays State University.
I had the pleasure of leading the Hays Area Chamber of Commerce for nine years and was instrumental in starting the Heartland Community Foundation, Hays Area Young Professionals, and bringing the community together to build the Bickle-Schmidt Sports Complex.
I graduated Leadership Kansas in 2018 and am a past board member of Grow Hays. I currently serve on the Fort Hays Tech Foundation board.
