I have had many volunteering opportunities, such as helping at Gilroy Gardens and working at basketball games. Perhaps my favorite is the 1-week summer program our church puts on called VBS. There, kids have fun in learning about their faith, and it is a good feeling seeing smiles on all their faces. It is especially fun getting to know new people and and start new friendships.
