Wednesdays: Sign-Up & Pay by 4:15 pm
Directions for signing up:
- Write your first and last name.
- If you need lift tickets, rental equipment and/or lessons: WRITE YES or NO in each column.
Forms for rentals/lessons are located in the folder to the right. Please put your forms and fees (exact cash or check to Gilpin School) in a sealed envelope with your name on it and give it to the Mrs. Newberg or Ms. Carol in the Secondary office.
Parents must fill out and sign NEW rental/lesson forms on a weekly basis (Loveland’s policy), EVEN IF YOU ARE BUYING THE 3-CLASS PASS.
Students are responsible for signing themselves up every week. If parents or siblings are going to attend, please sign up on the same sheet and note the relationship to whom.
