Below you will find a list of your child’s online activities for today's Snow Day. The assignments on this page are meant to replace in-school instruction.
*All assignments should be completed within 5 days of student's return to school*
Reading
1. Watch the video below as Mrs. Mullins reads the story "Seasons".
2. Practice our heart words from Unit 12.
Writing
Journal Writing: Remember to make complete sentences that begin with capital letters, make sense, and have punctuation at the end! Try to write 3 very good sentences for each entry!
Journal 1: Using the journal writing pages in your homework folder (or at home), write a journal about what you would love to see falling from the sky (instead of rain or snow!). Make it fun! This can be make believe. For example, what if it rained BURGERS!! I can't wait to see how creative you get! Don't forget to draw a picture!
Math

2. We are going to skip count by 10s, 5s, and 2s! Watch each video. When skip counting by 2s, we skip every other number. We are adding 2 each time! Watch these videos to find out each of the patterns!
