WELCOME TO GPS SUMMER CAMP 2024!

Registration Fee: 

• March 1st-March 31st $25

• April 1st-April 30th $35 

• May 1st and beyond $50

Pick Your Week Contract: $207 a week (requires a Monday-Friday schedule)

Pick Your Days Contract: $46 a day

Consistent Contract: $46 per day or $207 per week

Drop In Day: $46

Late/Unscheduled Day: $56

During Summer Camp, we will be invoicing every two weeks. Once the account has been invoiced, you WILL NOT be able to make changes to the dates that were invoiced (see Billing and Payments tab for dates). A $10 late fee, per day, will be assessed to the cost of the day if adding a Drop-in Day the day before needed or if the site posts an unscheduled day for your child.

There will be an unscheduled fee of $10 plus the normal cost of the day, if your child attends Summer Camp on any days they are not scheduled for. 

A late fee of $1.00 a minute will be added on for every minute after 6:00PM.

Summer Camp 2024

Once the account has been invoiced, you WILL NOT be able to make changes to the dates that were invoiced. Payments received after the due date will be assessed a $25.00 late fee any day thereafter and will show on the next invoice. Payments will not be accepted at the Summer Camp locations.

Invoice Dates: 

• Invoice May 20th for weeks of May 30-June 7, due on May 24th.

• Invoice June 3rd for weeks of June 10-June 21, due on June 7th.

• Invoice June 17th for weeks of June 24-July 5, due on June 21st.

• Invoice July 1st for weeks of July 8-July 16, due on July 5th.

All campers must have turned in the following documents before attending our GPS Summer Camp

• Immunization Records (Out of District Students) 

• Field Trip and/or Activity Permission Forms

First Day of Summer: Thursday May 30th, 2024

Last Day of Summer: Tuesday July 16th, 2024

Summer Camp will be closed on Thursday July 4th
