About me:
My name is Ursula Fuery. This year I will be teaching at Finley Farms Elementary and Carol Rae Ranch Elementary. I teach children who speak a language other than English when they are at home. I teach students from Kindergarten through 6th grade. When the students are in my class, we focus on reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, listening and speaking in English. This will be my 11th year teaching for Gilbert Public Schools and my 22nd year teaching!

I am originally from Long Island, New York. I have lived in Arizona for 14 years. I have an older sister and a younger brother and sister. I have two very cute, fluffy, chubby cats that I adopted 16 years ago. Their names are Ebony and Ivory. I actually brought them from New York on the airplane when I moved out here! My favorite color is purple. My birthday is in November and my favorite holiday is Thanksgiving.
