NEW ATHLETES -
1) Parents crate an account on Register My Athlete or update the school of attendance if an account was set up at your previous school. RMA link
If your student attended a different high school prior to coming to Mesquite you are required to complete a transfer form on AIA website. Transfer Form link
2) Parents click on "+ Register for a Sport" and select Cross Country as well as any Winter and/or Spring sports the student plans on participating in this school year.
3) Download Physical packet to be completed by you (pages 1, 2, 3 & 5) and your child's doctor (page 6). Have your child's doctor sign page 5 after they review the packet. Upload completed physical packet to Register My Athlete.
4) Student completes Brainbook and Opioid Education courses on AIA website and uploads completion certificates to Register My Athlete. Link to Courses
5) The uploaded documents will be reviewed by school officials and accepted if completed and uploaded properly. If a document is rejected an email will be sent to the account holder with an explanation. Correct the document and re-upload if necessary or bring to the Athletic department if there are barriers or questions.
6) Check the student RMA account prior to first official day of practice to ensure their status is "Ready for Tryouts"
RETURNING ATHLETES -
