Who tests: ALL Freshman

Purpose of Assessment: to assess their current academic standing in English, math, reading, and science, essentially providing an early indicator of their college readiness and highlighting areas where they might need additional support before taking the full ACT test in 11th grade; this allows schools to tailor instruction to better prepare students for future college aspirations.
