The day has arrived! Gilbert Public Schools has officially transitioned to Rank One as our athletic registration platform.

We are excited about this change and believe it will provide a smoother, more user-friendly experience for our families. At the same time, we recognize that any new system comes with a learning curve. We appreciate your patience and grace as we navigate this transition together. Please carefully review the information below, as there are important updates regarding both Rank One registration and new AIA requirements.

Unable to Claim Your Student?

If the system indicates that you do not have a student available to claim, please contact the Campo Verde Athletics Office for assistance.

Required Documents

AIA Physical Form

All student-athletes must have a physical completed on the 2026-2027 AIA Physical Form, dated March 1, 2026, or later. The physical paperwork can be found at this LINK.

AIA Required Courses

As part of the registration process, families must upload the student's AIA Course Certificate.

The AIA has added a new required Hazing Education Course, which must be completed once during a student's high school athletic career. Students must also complete the required Concussion and Opioid Education courses if they have not already done so.

Once all required courses have been completed, please download the certificate and upload it during registration. Courses may be accessed at this LINK.

Athletic Fees

At this time, athletic fee payments are not yet available through Rank One. We anticipate this feature being available by the start of the school year. Until then, athletic fees may still be paid directly through the school.

Please do not pay your athletic fee until your athlete has officially made the team, as athletic fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exception: Football athletes must pay their athletic fee before equipment can be issued.

A separate communication will be sent once online payment capabilities are available, along with instructions for completing that process.
