We want to inform you of an upcoming change to our athletic registration process. Beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, we will be transitioning to a new registration system, as Register My Athlete (Aktivate) will no longer be supporting our needs. More information will be shared soon regarding Rank One and how to set up your account.

Please note that the AIA Brainbook and Opioid Education courses will still be required for student-athletes. In addition, beginning next year, the AIA Hazing Prevention course will also be required (this course is available to complete now).

It will be the responsibility of each family to download and save copies of these course certificates from your Aktivate account before the end of this school year. These documents will not transfer automatically to the new system.

Option 1: Through your Aktivate account

• Log into your Aktivate account

• Under “What would you like to do?” select Start/Complete Registrations

• Find the previous registration and click View/Complete

• Click on Physical Documents

• Select the specific form

• Click View Upload, then download the document

Option 2: Through your AIA Academy account

• Log into your AIA Academy account to complete the Hazing Prevention course

• Locate your completed courses (Brainbook and Opioid Education)

• Download and save your certificates for future upload
