Teacher advisory/tutoring is office hours to meet with your instructor
This is an option for students who would like clarification on newly learned concepts. There are scheduled times for Walk-in Tutoring and all sessions will be held in the Library. Dates and times can be found under the "Calendar" heading. An appointment is not required to be made and students can drop by for tutoring on the predetermined dates.

1. Evaluate reasons why you are struggling: (Tests, missing assignments, homework)
2. View Infinite Campus daily: Identify if grades are weighted by category: (Tests, quizzes, classwork, projects, etc.) Focus on the most weighted category first
3. Talk to your teacher at an appropriate time: (Before school, lunch, end of class)
4. Ask Teacher for any extra credit opportunities and additional study materials or videos
5. Schedule time to study with other students in the class. During lunch, before school, on Wednesdays after school
6. Come in/schedule tutor time
7. Take notes during the class regardless if it is assigned
8. Summarize in 2-3 sentences what you learned in the class during the last couple minutes of the class
