To help us with our spelling and writing, we are learning about homophones, homonyms and homographs. The first group of homonyms we are looking at are commonly misused words. Have a look at the slide below for learning and creating activities.

Reading

In Reading this term, we will be developing our reading strategies and working on our comprehension and retelling.

We are learning about Matariki and will be using texts and resources based on Matariki throughout the month of June.
