Welcome to our Virtual Calming Room!


This site was designed to give students, teachers, and families tools to help manage emotions. Our world is crazy right now, but your Gilbert School Counselors want you to know  your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. 

You may be feeling angry, grateful, excited, confused, or completely calm. You may have these feelings all at once, or you may find that you feel many feelings throughout the day:  you may be worried about if it will rain later, but excited that you can stay inside and play games. Your feelings are normal.
