A biography by Richard Davies
John Dane Johnson Esquire AKA “DJ Sheen '' was born on the 26th of August 2006 in Kingston upon Thames Burrow, London, England (Royal English Department of record, 2006). John Demetrius Johnson then moved to a humble town known as Broken Hill within 6 months of birth before moving to Timboon, Victoria, Australia in 2010 (Timboon Parkrun, 2010). He grew up in Timboon Victoria often visiting the Timboon skatepark colloquially known as the ‘Skatey Bowl’, Bedgey’s Timboon Takeaway, Timboon Strawberry picking and he was even a frequent participant in the TImboon Parkrun and player for the Corangamite Lions Football Club successfully coached, refereed and accounted by current player and club president Dean Johnson. (Kaes, 1995). Johannesburg loved comedic diss track style music from a very young age, his earliest memory was performing the song “Now watch me whip now watch me nae nae’ at the Timboon Town hall - a clear diss on societal norms within the broader Western Timboon community (Silento, 2016). After graduating Year 5 at the TImboon primary school (An academic feat not achieved by any Timboonian for 50 years) Oscar progressed to working on the local “Timboon Lime and Lemon Production farm’ where he produced limes and lemons (TLLPF, 1200 bce). After a significant tragedy bestruck Timboon in the form of logie leaving the popular CoastFM radio show ‘Monkey, Logie and the Big Fella’ Oscar’s family were forced to leave Timboon in search of a brighter future in Adelaide, Beaumont South Australia, Australia where he met a mystical dwarf by the name of ‘Rhys Llwellyn Davies’. He, under the alias of ‘Disk Jockey Sheen’ (shortened usually to DJ Sheen) and Rhys Davies also known as ‘Rice Chad’ made the hit gospel pop-diss track ‘Turbo Disstrack’ which released to a whirlwind of 200 views!(Youtube, 2023). Sheen and Chad collaborated on the music video for Kachow Mode with a Swedish director, Matt Broadley (wikipedia, 2023).DJ Sheen’s iconic rapping flow and style is often compared to his country roots and the way in which farmers from the area would speak which in the mind of Jay Z means ‘he is one of the best rappers/producers of all time and an incredibly deserved recipient of being a notable figure from the Timboon’ community and contrary to popular belief does not contradict the definition of a notable figure (Jarred Z, 2023). After producing and rapping in the follow up hit ‘Chadshot’ not 6 months after DJ Sheen returned to his hometown where he enjoyed the specialised production of cheese at the Timboon Cheesery, ‘I like cheese’ - DJ Sheen 2022 AD.
