Gifts of Life was birthed during my junior year at the University of Mount Olive, where I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education with a concentration in Vocal Performance. Over the years, I've had the privilege of sharing the stage with a host of great names in the Gospel industry such as, Jason Nelson, Crystal Aiken, James Fortune, and Charles Jenkins to name a few. In addition, I'm thankful to have been chosen to perform on great platforms such as the PNC arena for the Annual Women's empowerment event and the annual LampLighter Awards held at The Duke Energy Center for performing arts. It's been a blessing to be a part of so many great events, however, while in college I also discovered the passion I have for helping others bloom. I now offer beginner to advanced vocal training for ages 4 and Up.
My mission is to help my students discover, explore, and develop skills while embracing originality, maintaining vocal health, and promoting Godly character. One of my favorite quotes developed from life’s lessons is “No matter how loud you sing, your heart will always sing louder”
Ages 4 and Up!
Each Individual/Group is pushed to develop their musical skills through weekly scales, vocalizing exercises, improvisation, creative sessions, composing, challenge songs, and optional annual recitals! Groups will be provided the opportunity to learn as much as I can teach them during their session(s), including the tools to help them teach themselves in the amount of time they study with me.
Performance Opportunities
Recitals are offered to give our clients an opportunity to share their gifts and growth with others. This allows them a chance to conquer their fears, gain experience, and encourage others while doing so. It also allows them the chance to reflect on their growth as they examine themselves from previous recitals.
Vocal training for Singers and Speakers.( Individuals and Groups) Virtual lessons available. Workshops and Recitals offered. "Vocal Parts in Advance" is available for individuals who struggle with harmonizing or hearing their part.
