INTRODUCTION TO THE COURSE

ABOUT THE COURSE:

UAS allows all students to engage with learning and have their achievements formally recognised. Students are rewarded with a certificate each time they successfully complete a unit of learning. They can build up a portfolio of certificates to evidence their skills, knowledge and experience. The scheme boosts confidence, increases engagement and improves motivation, helping students to make progress on their lifelong learning journey.

Extra notes, examples, tutorials and other details are given to you throughout the year so it is vital that you check this website if there’s any work you’ve missed or need. Ask/email the teacher or your class mates if you’ve missed any lesson. Communication is vital in this unit, so please check your emails regularly. Please sign up to the GOOGLE CLASSROOM class pages for your submission links for your classwork, and for any notices regarding the class and course.

These are all Internally Assessed Units . All necessary documentation, worksheets & resources can be found on this website and in the teacher's CLASSROOM class page. Deadline dates will be released closer to the time. 

PASSING THE UNITS

There are 7 units to complete this year. In order to PASS a unit, you need to complete and show evidence of each task of the unit to your teacher. 

WORKING & HANDING IN OF TASKS

This is up to your teacher's discretion on how he/she wants you to submit your tasks (through CLASSROOM, Email, Printed, etc.)
