At Giant National Behemoth (GNB), we are a real estate and property management
organization that focuses on customer service and client management. Members of our project
management team are dedicated to helping us maintain client satisfaction with excellent
communication, professional courtesy, and exceptional responsiveness to individual client
needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in resolving client issues, write
reports and correspondence with third-party contractors / vendors, and serve as the main point
of contact for all aspects of operations.
Responsibilities and objectives of this role:
1. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules,
scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
2. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope,
schedule, and budget.
3. Analyze project status and revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project
requirements can be met.
4. Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and
escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with clients, providing day-to-day contact on project
status and changes.
6. Collaborate with sub-contractors, vendors, and third-party suppliers to negotiate the best
prices and lead-times for products and services provided to clients.
Required skills and qualifications:
1. Two or more years of project management experience.
2. Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and budgetary guidelines.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
4. Proven success working with all levels of management.
5. Excellent presentation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Proficient with Excel (spreadsheets) and other MSOffice tools.
7. Ability to listen, persuade and negotiate.
8. Skills in management and business processes are essential.
