Junior Sabres & Sabre Tykes
Junior Sabres (Grades 4-6) and Sabre Tykes (Grades 1-3) provide the elementary students at Prairie Christian Academy with an outlet to enjoy athletics, and provide a way to promote a healthy lifestyle in this age group. A student who attends Junior Sabres or Sabre Tykes will be respected, heard and challenged as they learn about sports they will have the opportunity to be a part of as they move into Junior High and High School (if they have not already competed in these sports by then). By taking advantage of this opportunity, students will also learn what it means to play sports in a manner in which Christ is recognized, honoured, and glorified, and will experience the purpose that this brings our lives, beyond simply winning a competition.
