Early Childhood Education Registration Information:

Each child entering the Early Childhood program for the first time must provide a CERTIFIED (legal copy; NOT the hospital footprint document) of the birth certificate, recent school physical/well check up with immunization record. Families may drop these off at the elementary school office during normal school hours or bring to the scheduled Back to School Night.
STUDENT MUST BE SCREENED THROUGH WOODFORD COUNTY SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES BEFORE REGISTRATION. PLEASE CALL 367-4901 TO SCHEDULE YOUR SCREENING.
