1) Students are given extra credit by doing more than the required minimum on IXLs.  For example, the IXL required score could be 95% but if a student puts in extra effort and gets to 100%, the rest will be extra credit.  Another example is an IXL will be suggested for extra practice.

2) Students get extra credit on tests.  For example, instead of the regular 100 pts on a test I may count it as 105 pts out of 100 pts.

3) Students have 2 hall passes per quarter which if not used by the end of the semester or year, they will have the opportunity to redeem for extra credit.

4) Students may be given an opportunity for extra review for their test the day before the test in room 311 and this will give a little bit of extra credit.
