Review Games

Quizizz- Review game where students answer multiple choice questions at their own pace (unlike kahoot). Students are rewarded points for accuracy and speed. Students receive memes after each question that relate to whether they got the answer correct or not.

At the end of the game, Quizizz will tell you which questions struggled with and who won the most points. This data can be exported into a Google Sheet/Excel file for your own references.

A great benefit of Quizizz is that, as you are building your quiz, you can borrow from questions that other teachers have made. In some cases, there may already be a quiz that matches exactly what you are looking for and you do not have to do any extra work.

Quizlet- Quizlet is a website that allows the teacher to create vocabulary-driven flashcards that students can use for review. These flashcards can be posted to Google Classroom.

Quizlet Live is a review game that puts students into teams of 3 or 4, where they have to work together to match a vocabulary definition to the correct term. This is a great review tool because it gets students to talk to each other about class content and students are more likely to get engaged because there is not just one winner.
