The reveal moment depends on cue discipline. A product can be strong, the speaker can be prepared and the room can be full, but the launch will still feel flat if microphones, slides, lighting or display timing do not land together. Treat the show cues as part of the product experience.
Microphones for host, presenters and Q&A.
Screen format, slide testing and backup files.
Lighting for the product, speaker and photo backdrop.
Sound cues for walk-ons, reveal moments and transitions.
Power and table needs for demos, samples or devices.
Run the reveal with the actual speaker, AV operator and product handler. Check where the speaker stands, who holds or unveils the item, when music starts, when slides change and where photographers should be. A rehearsal does not need to be dramatic. It needs to remove uncertainty.
After the reveal, guests may want to inspect, ask, try or compare. Decide whether Q&A happens from the floor, at demo stations or through hosted conversation. If the launch includes media or partner guests, brief spokespeople on the key messages and the questions they should redirect.
