We at Whole Armour realize that life happens, schedules change and time is a priority. Be sure that you have checked your calendar with ours, confirm your availability BEFORE securing your payment for your training.
To confirm your seat in class, you must accept our Refund & Payment Policy.
Classes and Private Lessons.
Tuition for classes must be paid in advance.
If you are unable to attend class any reason, we’ll happily reschedule you in the next class at no cost. Just give us a call or text at 424.422.1776
Unforeseen circumstances happen, and we understand, however, we do not issue refunds if you choose to leave class after it has begun or after you have completed the class. There are some exceptions to this. See Exceptions below.
We do not issue refunds for classes you have taken for which it has been determined that you are ineligible. Examples include HQL.
Private Lessons Only
If you need to reschedule a private lesson, please call us at 424.422.1776.
A lot of time, planning and travel go into each class, if you choose to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice we will reschedule you as our agreement states, but we still need to compensate our trainer for lost time. The following additional fee will apply before the reschedule can take place.
$25 per hour scheduled
Exceptions
Extreme Weather, Maryland drivers (accidents) and family emergencies are reasonable excuses, Whole Armour will use discretion on a case-by-case scenario to approve excused tardy to class, early dismissal or the need to reschedule within 90 days. Courtesy calls are appreciated
Processing
Refunds are processed by our credit card processor via our bank.
Once we initiate a refund, it may take up to 60 days to be received by your bank in your account.
