MEET THE TEAM:

RICHARD POWERS - ENGINEER

Richard is a senior Multimedia Film & Production student at Georgia Southern University with a passion for storytelling and live production. He has worked on a range of student film projects and gained professional experience broadcasting conferences and events across the U.S. As a co-creator and sound engineer for Small Ball, he aims to blend technical expertise with truly unique insight into the unsung sports of Georgia Southern.

JACK PRIDGEN - PRODUCER/HOST

Jack is a senior at Georgia Southern University, studying Multimedia Film and Production. He has worked on a variety of projects, including narrative shorts, documentaries, commercials, and sports production. He is passionate about podcasting and sports talk shows. As the producer and co-creator of Small Ball, Jack is excited to highlight lesser-represented sports in today’s media, working alongside a talented and dedicated production team.

DOMINIC THOMAS - LINE PRODUCER

Dominic is a senior studying Multimedia and Film Production with hands-on experience in the Savannah area. He has worked on a variety of projects, including producing commercials and programming for WRUU 107.5 FM. As the line producer for Small Ball, Dominic is excited to apply his skills to ensure smooth production and deliver an engaging experience for the audience.

GRACIE HIGGINS - CASTING DIRECTOR

Gracie is a senior multimedia film major. She works for the George Anne Media Group on campus and enjoys story telling through visuals.

BESS MOORE - PROMOTIONS DIRECTOR

Bess is a senior at Georgia Southern University majoring in Multimedia Film Production. She has worked on a variety of student projects ranging from short films to audio productions. As the promotions director, she hopes to grow a solid following of Small Ball and expand its presence in the surrounding community.

Jack Pridgen

Jack has been passionate about sports since early childhood. Whether as a player, coach, or fan, sports have always been a part of his life. He is excited to combine this passion with his love for podcasting. His goal is to educate listeners about lesser-known sports, provide a platform for GSU club sports teams, and, most importantly, inspire excitement for sports of all kinds.
