Hotels

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Springhill Suites Savannah Midtown for August 29 through September 1. Please use the special reservation link or call and ask for the rate associated with the Conference on Homological Algebra ($109 + tax/King and $115 +tax/Queens).

There are also many nice (but more expensive) hotels in downtown Savannah. Downtown is an easy rideshare to campus if you prefer.

Getting There

The Savannah area is served by the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). The campus is 19 miles and 25-30 minutes from the airport. We recommend ride sharing services or taxis that are available outside of the terminal.

Parking

The closest parking is the lot right in from of University Hall. This is a regular faculty lot and parking is enforced weekdays from 7:30-4:00. You may park in these spots on the weekend and outside of these hours. Please do not park in residential lots or individually labeled spaces. If you arrive on campus during enforcement hours, stop at the little “Parking & Eagle Card Office” building (next to Fine Arts Hall just upon entering campus) and request a guest pass for your license plate number. There is also an unregulated lot in green on the map below that is available any time.
