Please fill out our Google Form to upload your child’s baby photos. These will be included in our special 5th grade section. See form below or here. 

3️⃣ Submit Your Photos Through the Years! 

As part of the Yearbook, we're dedicating collage pages to feature our fifth graders. To ensure each student gets represented, please complete this form by February 1st. Choose any four photos; individual or group, in school or outside of school, all ages- pre-school through 5th grade. We recommend a mix, like pairing a younger picture with a recent one.  See form below or here.
