My name is Jennifer Moore. I graduated in 2017 from Texas A&M University -- Central Texas with a Master's in School Counseling and in 2021 from Capella University with a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision. Additionally, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.

I have been in education for the past 11 years with roots as a middle school ELAR teacher. I started with GISD 6 years ago as a high school counselor at GHS, and I've been working with Wolf Ranch Elementary students since January. I'm excited to work with students at this level in helping students to develop foundational skills that will foster positive growth and development both academically and emotionally.

Hi!  My name is Amanda Watson.  I graduated in 2002 from Boise State University with a Master's in School Counseling degree.  I have been working as a school counselor in Idaho for the past 20 years.  I recently relocated to Texas with my husband for his job.  I've worked as an elementary, middle and high school counselor, which includes drug prevention counselor, college and career counselor, and academic counselor.

I worked at an art school for the past 7 years for students in grades 6-12.  I am very excited to be back at the elementary level.  I love working with students individually, in groups, and in the classroom.  I can't wait to get to know the students and families at Wolf Ranch Elementary.

School-Based Therapist

My name is Katelyn Ray and I am the School-Based Therapist serving Wolf Ranch Elementary School this year! In my home state on the west coast, I attended the University of La Verne in Southern California as well as California State University, Fullerton, where I earned my Master of Social Work degree. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for working with students and their families. It is my goal to work alongside my students and families to promote their wellbeing and positive functioning at school and beyond.

As a member of the School-Based Therapy team, it is my role to provide short-term, early intervention, transitional, and solution-focused brief counseling for students.  If a student's need goes beyond the support provided in schools, my focus shifts to working to connect the student and family with resources in the community. Additionally, I work closely with our campus school counselors, who can consult with parents and, with parent permission, refer students to the School-Based Therapy team when my support is needed. I can be reached at rayk1@georgetownisd.org and (512)-943-1820 x8303.
