The Georgetown Choir

We seek to unite the whole GU-Q community - students, faculty, staff, and alumni - in a new dimension to our commitment to fostering a diverse interconnected environment. The choir functions as a special creative outlet for the campus, following the Jesuit tradition of educating the whole person. In the long term, the choir will establish itself as a formal, permanent group to represent GU-Q, similar to musical groups on the Main Campus.

Our primary objective is to bridge the gap between students, faculty, staff, and alumni in an artistic, relatively non-academic context, where classroom dynamics will not interrupt cross- cultural learning and cooperation.

As a representative body, we are preparing to perform at important GU-Q events, particularly New Student Convocations and Commencements.
